Check out my avatar! it is on the left of column of the page. Since I am running more, I got the Nike + gear and now I am hooked!!! I set my goals, training program, friends, and the best part challenges!

My next competition is “The Human Race”,  good thing is not the “Alien Race”.  This race is exiting because Nike is connecting people around the world to run 10K on 10/24/2009.  So if you like running and have the gear join and run with me, it does not matter where you are in the world!  I totally love the concept!

Since I began training, my best run is of 7.19 mi distance, with a pace of 7.55 min/mi.  Visit my running activity in Nike + to check my activity.  LunaChiaNike

I participated in the Hawthorn Farms triathlon, consisting of 500 yards of swimming, 13 miles bicycling, and 3 miles running.  To complete this race I took 1 hour and 26 minutes.  I was 9th on my category (23 people), and 96 over all (395 participants).  Not bad at all to be my first race.

After delaying this an infinitesimal span of time, I got the courage and changed the outlook of my page of awesomeness!
